This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the P.KYE mobile application.
P.KYE does not require user accounts and does not collect personally identifiable information such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
However, in order to provide pollen forecasts and improve app performance, the App may process limited technical data such as:

Important:
The data collected by P.KYE is not linked to your identity, is not used for advertising, and is not used for cross-app tracking.
• Location Data: Location data is used only to determine pollen levels near your selected locations and is not used to track your movements or build location history.
• Health Information: We store the pollen allergen triggers you manually select in the app (e.g., Birch, Oak, Ragweed). These selections are user preferences usedonly to personalise pollen alerts and are not medical records.
• Account Information: No personal accounts are created and thus no email addresses are captured.
• Usage Data: App interactions, features used, screen views, and session duration.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and technical identifiers generated by the operating system for diagnostics and app functionality.
• Performance Data: App crashes, errors, and loading times to improve app stability.
• Google Pollen API: We use Google's Pollen API to provide pollen forecasts. Google may collect data in accordance with their privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Apple In-App Purchases: Subscription payments are processed by Apple Inc. Apple's privacy policy applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
• Google Play Billing (for Android): Subscription payments processed by Google LLC.Google's privacy policy applies.

• Location and trigger data are primarily stored locally on your device. This data remainson your device unless required temporarily to retrieve pollen forecast data.
• We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide services.
• Diagnostic and usage data may be retained forup to 12 months for service improvement and bug fixing.
• We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Because P.KYE does not create user accounts, most user preferences are stored locallyon the user’s device.
Users can delete this data at any time by removing saved locations in the app or uninstalling the application.
Under UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, you have the following rights:

• You can disable location services in your device settings at any time.
• App functionality will be limited without location access (pollen forecasts require location).
• Location data is used ONLY for providing local pollen forecasts.
• We do not track your precise location or movement patterns.
• Location data is not sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to provide Google Pollen API services.
We do not use cookies in the P.KYE app.
We do not use analytics tools or tracking technologies within the P.KYEapp.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via:
• In-app notification
• Email notification (if email address provided)
• Notice in the App Store listing update
Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance ofthe updated policy.
A2-83 Limited is not required to appoint a formal Data Protection Officer under UK GDPR.
